Our interview trainers are experienced drama practitioners who work both in the schools and industry sectors teaching Impact and Presentation skills. Clients include Westminster Cathedral Choir School, Fairley House, St Philip's Boys School, Bradfield College, RADA Youth Workshops, the Foreign & Commonwealth Office, ICAEW, Deloitte, Nottinghamshire County Council, UBS and Ernst & Young.
The Interview Skills and Mock Interviews programme was designed by Tom Foster charismatic Artistic Director of Action Theatre. Tom graduated from RADA in 2000 and has worked extensively as an actor, director and drama teacher before becoming a trainer for RADA in Business in 2005. With Action Theatre he has run a variety of workshops, courses and full blown productions at numerous Public and Prep Schools in the UK. His directing work at schools, and training work in the corporate sector, led him to create the three-step Interview Skills and Mock Interviews programme in May 2008. Already hundreds of children have benefitted from the course, learning how to show themselves at their best; a skill not just needed in interviews but for the rest of their lives.
